Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine may be a bit of a nutter these days, but his legacy is undeniable. And of course, part of that legacy is his signature series with Dean that’s been around for years now. At NAMM 2017, Gear Gods met up with Mark from Dean Guitars to talk new-new on Dave’s VMNT and Zero models.

In addition to some fresh graphic finishes, 2017 (which just so happens to be Dean’s 40th Anniversary) marks the first time Dave’s signatures will come with passive pickups. There’s also an awesome korina version of the import VMNT coming up that definitely looks like the highlight of the series this year.
