Definitely the weirdest pedals that I checked out at NAMM came from Freaqbox. Look at that big organ-style synth. Just look at it. It’s like if Geddy Lee built his floor controllers from the corpses of Ents.
The more standard stompbox pedals are pretty cool too. I mean, they’re not what you want for a little atmosphere on that one clean bridge before you start thrashing again, but if you’re the type of player to write parts around your pedals, and you like your shit to sound like a Nova special from the seventies, than this is your jam.
