As you may be aware, Animals as Leaders guitarist Tosin Abasi has been working with Ibanez over the past few months to design and build his new signature model. It’s gone through a few changes, but one thing we know for sure is… thing looks weird. We also know the guitar’s specs:
Fanned fret 8 string 25.5″ to 27″
Fretboard- Maple
Neck- Rosewood + Purple Heart
Body- Basswood
Pickups- Seymour Duncan Pegasus + Sentient set
The team just finished designing the second prototype model, which Tosin has blasted some info about onto the mainframe. Check out a photo and brief playthrough test video below:
