How Courtney LaPlante of SPIRITBOX Wrote Her Parts For The Random Drum Grooves Collab

If you’ve been living under a rock, you may have missed our most recent episode of Writing a Song From Random Drum Grooves, featuring Spiritbox vocalist extraordinaire Courtney LaPlante! As is tradition, our own Trey Xavier wrote a song entirely from MIDI grooves which were generated randomly via numerous dice rolls. Then to finish it off strong, Courtney came in and worked her wonderful vocal magic, including the whole range of her hypnotizing cleans, powerful lows, and terrifying highs.
