I sincerely feel sorry for you if you haven’t been following Metal Injection’s On The Record series, which has been my favorite of their endeavors since it started a few years ago. Too often music documentaries focus on the past – particularly in the heavy music scenes – as opposed to what’s going on right now.
This week’s episode focuses, if you couldn’t guess, on subjects this website engages with every day! It features, alongside your fearless Gear Gods Trey Xavier and myself, a few minor gear deities like members of Periphery, Trivium, Candiria, Dillinger Escape Plan, Revocation, and more, as well as Kurt Ballou of God City/Converge and Kevin Antreassian of Backroom Studios.
