Progressive fusion band Arch Echo have just dropped a new playthrough by drummer Richie Martinez for their track “Stella” off their upcoming record You Won’t Believe What Happens Next!! If you know anything about these guys, it’s that their music is fast, complex, and fun as all get out, and this drum playthrough is nothing if not all three of those things! Richie is a complete beast behind the kit, especially in a tune like this where a lot of drummers might be playing catch-up. The dude plows through the song like me to a stack of hotcakes at IHOP after a long day of drinking and self-loathing (more on that later).
