In the wake of their previous line of American Elite guitars being discontinued in 2016, Fender have just announced a new reign of axes with the release of the all-new American Ultra Series! The new series features some modern tweaks to their classic line of guitars, including:
- New body contours
- Modern D necks
- Ultra Noiseless pickups
- A wide range of new finishes, including Cobra Blue, Mocha Burst, Texas Tea, Arctic Pearl, Aged Natural, Plasma Red Burst, and Ultraburst.
- Foil logos on the headstock
- Locking tuners
- Bone nuts
- Premium molded hardshell cases
