When I reviewed Positive Grid’s BIAS Desktop last year, I lamented the lack of effects inline. I felt that any amp modeler should have effects built in, because using plugin effects (mainly an OD) can be more of a hassle than anything else when you’re trying to get a good sound quickly.
It seems PG heard my whining (and I’m sure the whining of many others) and now we are pacified by BIAS FX, an amp modeler with customizable pedal modeling effects integration. I’ll let Stephtones tell you the whole story, along with some tone examples:
