We’re all in agreement that Gojira drummer Mario Duplantier is basically the best, right? I’m not sure how many drummers in the history of rock/heavy music belong to his elite class of groove, touch, and feel.
But it’s not so often that you get to hear a player like Mario sans-walls of distortion – so it was cool to see him blast out a whole bunch of raw drumming videos over the weekend to his IG page. Check em out below and salivate at those chops.
