Hyvmine, the metal band featuring renowned shredder Al Joseph on lead guitar and lead vocals, stopped by the studio this week to perform their song “Earthquake” from their debut album of the same name (out now, and currently ON SALE for $4) as an acoustic two-man show. I personally just enjoyed feeling the breeze blow through my… scalp? Beard?

Here’s what the band sounds like in their full glory, electric guitars and all:

As Editor-in-Chief of Gear Gods, I've been feeding your sick instrument fetishism and trying unsuccessfully to hide my own since 2013. I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
