Bay Area Death Fest Is Coming!

As we approach the summer months, we get closer to festival season: when loads of our favorite bands get together for music, merriment, and beer. The 2018 Bay Area Death Fest dates have been announced and it looks like it’s going to be #lit! I mean, it’s being held at Cornerstone Craft Beer & Live Music in Berkeley, California – what more could you ask for? Oh yeah, a killer lineup!

The 2018 Bay Area Death fest promises to be heavy, with three days of brutality planned. All the way from Belguim, Aborted will be there to bring you blast beats. And from another corner of the world, Australia’s Psycroptic will be there to dazzle with their riffage. The Faceless will even be playing Planetary Duality in full! There will be plenty of brutality for all! Here’s the full lineup:

It’s called Bay Area Death Fest for a good reason: there is some serious talent in the lineup. If you’re not from the Bay Area and plan on flying in, you can get to the fest pretty easily from the airport via several rental options according to TravelMag.com. It’s worth it for the music alone, not to mention the beer!

So much metal history lies in the Bay Area: bands like Metallica, Death Angel and Testament have come from these parts! It’s the perfect metal haven.
