One of the most groundbreaking innovators in the world of music gear, Jim Dunlop Sr., has unfortunately passed away.
If you are a musician in any capacity, there is a very real chance you have used a Dunlop product at least once. Founded in 1965, Dunlop Manufacturing is known to be the original founders of the iconic Cry Baby wah pedal, as well as a plethora of other classic products across the music industry.
Many influential figures have made comments on Mr. Dunlop’s passing, including American Musical Supply, guitarist Stevie Salas, and his children, Jim Dunlop Jr. and Jasmin Dunlop Powell:
