Post NAMM blues got you down? Well heck, just cause the party’s over doesn’t mean the fun has to end! KIESEL GUITARS is here to put some pep in your step with their new line of custom pickups: The Beryllium Series!

From the video above, it sounds like these guys are going for a more classic style sound. Which makes sense, seeing as the Alnico II magnets their using feature a vintage style of winding. A nice, refreshing change of pace for the modern guitar mammoths! In addition, Kiesel also announced that customers can now choose custom colored pickup poles to match the guitar’s hardware, and also can choose metallic pickup covers for standard scale 6 and 7 string guitars. How’s that for a pick me up?

It looks like these bad boys are  going to made stock in the following existing Kiesel models: All SH Series semi-hollow guitars, all CT and CS Series California Carved Top guitars, the AE185 and AE185-12 acoustic/electric guitars, and in the bridge position of the Frank Gambale Signature FG1 (alongside the FG1N neck pickup). If you want to find out more about these pickups, check out the Kiesel Custom Shop, as well as their Facebook page.
