Scythia are a band that blends folk and progressive metal seamlessly on their new album Lineage (available now via Bandcamp) and in this playthrough for the title track of the album, guitarists Dave Khan and AJ Bergin none too gently flay their way through enemy forces with tasty melodic synchronized shred.
Regarding the gear they use:Â “Scythia uses some really unusual gear. Dave plays a custom-made Warrior Black Knight with X2N active pick-ups into an ENGL Raider 1 x 12. AJ plays a Ibanez RG premium through a Blackstar HT Stage 100.”
