While Walrus Audio was out there reinventing the pedal tuner, Taylor was making a brand new clip-on tuner.

The new Taylor Beacon is first and foremost, a tuner. It offers a clear dot/strobe display with selectable and pitch values of 430-450 Hz, but that’s not all! The Beacon also brings with it a metronome with 12 time signature presets, a tempo range of 30-208 bpm, and three volume level options.

Then there’s a timer option that counts up to 100 minutes (as well as a countdown option that does the same, but backward), as well as a built-in flashlight. I mean look, for $50 this thing is probably worth having on you. Get it here.
