Schecter has teamed up with Sullivan King for brand new 6- and 7-string signature models. The Sullivan King Banshee models feature Swamp Ash bodies with a Obsidian Blood finish, a 3-piece Ultra Thin “C” Maple neck, and an Ebony fretboard with 24 X-Jumbo Stainless Steel frets and some interesting inlays – “RAGE” on frets 1-4 and a Skull with Crown at 12th fret.
“Sullivan King, is an American DJ and heavy metal musician,” explains Schecter. “He has drawn attention from the music press for his unusual blending of EDM and electric guitar-centered heavy metal performance, making his live shows one of the few places where kandi-coated ravers and metalheads mingle.”
The Sullivan King Banshee models come loaded with a Sustainiac in the neck and a Schecter USA Apocalypse-VI in the bridge, all controlled by a Master Volume Control and 3-way pickup selector with 2 Sustainiac mini-switches. As for hardware, the Sullivan King Banshee offers a Floyd Rose 1500 bridge and Grover tuners.
