We’re going to be headed over to the EMG booth today, and among the new pickups will be this set from Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler. They’re a passive P and J style design, appropriately named the GZR-P and GZR-PJ. They’re designed to replicate the tone of classic Sabbath recordings without the hum and noise of that older gear. This is a huge get for EMG, and you can get them yourself pretty soon. They’re up for preorder on EMG’s site at the link above.
