Metallica‘s frontman James Hetfield has had his fair share of signature guitars over the years… but not strings. Hetfield has now teamed up with Ernie Ball for the first-ever Hetfield strings, named Papa Het’s Hardwired Master Cores.
The Papa Het’s Hardwired Master Cores offer a 11-50 gauge – 11, 14, 18p, 28, 38, 50 – alongside a green tin with artwork designed by Hetfield himself.
