Kiesel is taking a momentary break from making metal-looking guitars, and is venturing into the realm of the Telecaster.
Kiesel just introduced their new Retro Solo model, which sports an Alder Telecaster-style body, a bolt-on Tung-Oiled Maple neck with 22 frets, and an Ebony fretboard. The Retro Solo also comes loaded with a Seymour Duncan STR-1 in the neck and a Seymour Duncan Antiquity Tele Lead in the bridge. Basically if you want a very metal Telecaster, the Retro Solo should be your go-to.
The Retro Solo goes for $1,549 here on Kiesel’s website, and you can watch an extended look at the new model below.
