The first installment in a new collection of upcoming iZotope plugins, the Catalyst Series, Plasma features Flux Saturation technology that applies tube saturation precisely where and when it’s needed to enhance your music.
So how does Plasma pick where and when to apply its Flux Saturation? It depends on which of the 24 target profiles you choose. Pick a profile to tailor Plasma‘s processing to the audio at hand and the plugin does the rest. Plasma can focus processing on specific frequencies, the mid or side channels, and transient or sustain parts of the audio.
Finet une Plasma‘s adaptive saturation with Attack and Release settings, and turn up the Overdrive fader for extra crunchy goodness. There are also 49 crafted presets for anything from individual mix elements to the entire master bus. Unlike traditional saturators that apply a static effect, Plasma’s dynamic processing offers a lighter touch for consistently balanced mixes and masters.
