PLINI Soars In This New Track And Guitar Playthrough For “PAPELILLO”

As he prepares for the release of his upcoming full-length album Impulse Voices (out November 27th), Australian instrumental guitarist Plini has dropped what is perhaps his most eclectic track to date: “Papelillo”! The track, along with the accompanying cinematic guitar playthrough, is chock-full of jazz fusion-inspired lines, modern-sounding chord changes, and Plini’s signature lead style. Peep it!

Featuring the Strandberg-wielding musician enveloped in a projection of various insect nature footage, “Papelillo” is a departure from Plini’s typically sweet, ultra-melodic song structure and favors more dissonant, “outside” sounds that add a refreshing flavor to his catchy approach to songwriting. It’s the Plini we all know and love, but with a little weirder, darker vibe to it, and we can’t get enough of it.

Be sure to pre-order Impulse Voices here before it drops on November 27th, and follow Plini on Instagram and Facebook.
