Ron Menelli’s RJM Music Technology makes some of the most versatile, powerful controllers, audio loop switchers, and function switchers out there. Menelli, whose background is in computer engineering and computer science, has more than a few tricks up his sleeves for his switchers and controllers, which has made his stuff popular among bands as diverse as Between the Buried and Me, Nine Inch Nails, Dream Theater, The Killers, and One Republic (!!).
We caught up with the man himself and got a firsthand tour of his main controller models: the Mastermind PBC, an audio-switcher that combines A/V switching, channel switching, series/parallel switching, as well as the powerful Mastermind GT Midi Controller.
