Sometimes people are concerned about the state of artistic movements that are considered “fads” by the critics. Djent as a so-called “bedroom genre” certainly meets the ire of many a bearded, latte-drinking critic’s pen, but true artistic expressions continue on unabated – if anything, in the face of doubt, they flourish.
But don’t take it from me: take it from the horse’s mouth. I give you Jared Dines’ “Djent 2015”:
