In case you’ve been living under a rock this past month (we don’t blame you, these are wild times), the Drumception 2020 contest is about to come to an end! HOWEVER, tomorrow, December 1, is your last day to enter (extended one day by popular demand)!
If you haven’t heard by now, we’re inviting fans to write their own guitar song over a killer drum track by legendary producer Will Putney! We’ll choose our favorites and award prizes as follows:
- Grand prize: EZdrummer 2 + one EZX of your choice + EZbass + Toontrack mystery box
- Runner up: EZdrummer 2 + one EZX of your choice + Toontrack mystery box
- Second runner up: EZdrummer 2 + Toontrack mystery box
If you need inspiration, the likes of Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy), Robb Flynn (Machine Head), Aaron Marshall (Intervals) and Kevin Antreassian (ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan) wrote their own guitar tracks over Will’s drums. Not eligible for the contest, but just for fun and to get your brain firing.
