Ola Englund is a guy who knows how to have a good time. From his hilarious and informative gear reviews to running Solar Guitars, the man has been everywhere and seen a lot of things. And in his most recent, he found himself at the Boss Headquarters in Hamamatsu, Japan, and decided to try playing some metal in their anechoic chamber. For those of you who are unaware, an anechoic chamber is a specially-treated room that is almost 100% silent, due to a lack of reflective/parallel surfaces, loads of padding, etc. People have been said to go insane sitting in these rooms for extended periods of time as they become uncomfortably aware of the sound of their own blood flow and heartbeat, so seeing Ola jam out in this environment is a really fun experiment.
