See what Matt had to say about the track below!
From Matt:
“On this tune, I used a simple but effective home recording setup to get the sounds we hear. I used an Ibanez RG1550mv for both the rhythms and leads – a very underrated guitar, with an alder body giving the tones almost a strat-like sound at times. All of the guitar tones are courtesy of the amazing Fractal Audio FM-3, plugged directly into a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface. I tried experimenting with some different chord voicings and modes for the riffs, melodies, and solos, and overall am pretty pleased with the result. Hope you enjoy listening!”
