For the third year in a row, MetalSucks and Converse are collaborating to offer ten bands the chance to record for free at Rubber Tracks Studios, Converse’s arts incubators in Brooklyn, New York and Boston, Massachusetts.
This year, manning the engineer’s desk will be two of our favorite guys in the game: Will Putney (The Acacia Strain, Exhumed, Suicide Silence) and Kurt Ballou (Converge, Kvelertak, High on Fire) will be recording (your?) band in Brooklyn and Boston respectively. Needless to say, these are in-demand guys, so this is a great opportunity to work with experienced engineers in a professional setting.
Registration is open now through August 2 – all of the bands will be hand-picked by MetalSucks. So get your shit together and sign up now.
