The good people at Poland-based custom guitar company Skervesen Guitars are known for their modern take on the traditional rock and metal guitar. Incredibly unique body shapes and forwarding-thinking designs have put Skervesen on the top of a lot of guitar players’ lists in recent years. And now, they’ve just announced the release of a brand new model to welcome the new year: the Mirage! You can’t believe your eyes!
The Mirage takes the classic components of the Stratocaster body shape and adds a few sweet twists. Available in 6 or 7 string options, the Mirage comes with a ton of customizable options, including an ash/swamp ash/black limba/mahogany body, 1/2/5-piece maple/wenge neck, and a flame maple/poplar burl top. The fingerboard can also be chosen from woods such as flame maple, pau ferro, and ebony. On top of that, you can even customize the headstock for either a traditional or reverse Kallisti style. As you can probably tell, Skervesen is all about options, and the Mirage clearly shows that. Not too shabby, eh?
