Jackson has unveiled a handful of new additions to the JS Series of basses. First up is the JS Series Spectra Bass JS2P, which offers a Poplar body with Poplar Burl top, bolt-on Maple neck, and 12″-radius Laurel fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets. The JS2P comes loaded with a Jackson J-Style bridge pickup and Jackson P-Style neck pickup and is available in both a Blue and Black Burst for $299.
Then there’s the JS Series Spectra Bass JS3V, available in a brand new Indigo Blue. The bass offers a Poplar body, a bolt-on Maple neck with a 12″-16″ compound radius Laurel fingerboard and 24 frets. Both the 4- and 5-string versions offer a Jackson HiMass bridge and passive Jackson medium-output humbucking bridge and neck pickups. The 4-string is available for $349.99 and 5-string for $399.99.
