In anticipation of their upcoming album Psychosomatic, which hits shelves everywhere on February 12th via M-Theory Audio, power metal act Immortal Guardian are here with an exclusive music video premiere for their new single “Clocks”!
This is the time of year that many of us in the music industry would be attending the yearly NAMM show, but alas, 2021 has been off to a bit of a rocky start (to put it lightly). I bet (like you can here) that this time next year we’ll be back at it. However, if you’ve been getting some serious NAMM FOMO, this new music video might be just the thing you need to bring back the feeling of hugging your homies and kissing them directly on the mouth (hey, we don’t judge). Being filmed before the pandemic struck at Fuel Music Studios by Adasi Adasi, “Clocks” is filled with tons of footage of the band hanging out at the 2020 NAMM show, including an array of performances, appearance, and autograph sessions. You might also spy some fellow guest shredders in the video as well!
And if you’re a fan of power metal tracks that have equal parts groove and shred, there’s a good chance “Clocks” will be your jam. Featuring Gabriel Guardian absolutely ripping on both guitar and keyboard simultaneously, singer Carlos Zema soaring into space with his insane vocals, and bassist Josh Lopez and drummer Justin Piedimonte absolutely keeping the groove on lockdown, “Clocks” is a modern neoclassical metal gem that is sure to please metalheads from any walk of life.
Be sure to follow Immortal Guardian on Facebook and Instagram, and don’t forget to pre-order Psychosomatic here before it drops on February 12th!
