About the guitars, Balaguer had this to say:
“They’ve sculpted the heel and cutaway to give a more ergonomic feel, made the body slightly thicker, changed the headstock to a reverse 6-inline, and have changed the pickguard shape to bring this model to the modern forefront. The Hyperion Standard boasts two Balaguer Humbuckers, while the Hyperion T showcases a more classic pairing with a single coil in the bridge position. Whether you play rock, metal, or country the new Hyperion Standard and Hyperion T Standard will feel right at home.”
The Hyperion Standard starts at $849 USD, while the Hyperion T Standard starts $799. You can learn more about the new axes and pre-order yours on the Balaguer website here.
