NAMM 2016 – Strandberg’s Japanese-Made Boden J Series and CL7 OS Korean Import

Strandberg announced an entire new country of origin for some of their guitars this week at NAMM 2016 – Japan. Their new Boden J series will be made in Japan, while the OS are made in Korea and the custom shop and Made To Measure models are made in Sweden now, which if you live in the US like I do, makes every single Strandberg an import.

They also revealed a new CL7 model in the OS line, making the Chris Letchford signature more affordable.

As Editor-in-Chief of Gear Gods, I've been feeding your sick instrument fetishism and trying unsuccessfully to hide my own since 2013. I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
