It’s no secret that I’m a casual lurker of speedruns hosted on Twitch.tv/Speedruns by videogamers like Cosmo, TriHex, Carl Sagan, and more. But it’s rare that my two loves of watching guitar playthroughs and watching strangers play video games on the Internet collide.
In this case, they did. Guitarist and hilarious nerd Krzysztof Słowikowski put together the following hour-long playthrough of Mega Man X2, in which he also live-adapts Yuki Iwai’s score to electric guitar.
