Last week, we posted this article about a super cool song “Dread Machine” (now available on iTunes!) our fearless leader Trey was a part of with a bunch of other cool metal-Tubers. It was a fun lil experiment! And NOW, OIART (the facility that made it all happened) has a contest for all you mixers out there!
How it works: You plug your email into the contest page, and you’ll get an email with the multitracks for “Dread Machine”. From there, slap it into your DAW of choice and mix ‘er up! When you’re happy with it (which is never, let’s face it) send it on to  mixcontest@oiart.org and that’s it! The contest ends at March 16th at midnight, so go quick. BUT WAIT – THERE’S PRIZES!
