MeridieM is a band that was born from the death of another band, the now-defunct Eye Ra Haze. Rather than attempt to find another singer after the departure of their old one, guitarist Nicole Papastavrou, pianist Karine Catenacci, drummer Kevin Corcoran and bassist Chris Marrone decided to stick together and go all instrumental with a new name.
They’ve recently released their Odysseia EP which is now available on iTunes, and Nicole was kind enough to shoot some footage demonstrating and explaining how to play their song “Katabases” from that EP.
