I know that for many of you, the hype is starting to set in for the new Between the Buried and Me album Coma Ecliptic. The band has teased some new material already, which suggests a more focused, melodic prog project. It’s been a pleasure to watch BTBAM grow and evolve over the years, and they belong to a peer group of bands like Converge and Dillinger Escape Plan, whose best material seems to be ahead of them rather than behind.
Now, although it’s not much, Metal Blade has posted a few in-studio clips from the making of Coma Ecliptic, which you can check out below. These are really more like teasers than anything else, but this is a band for whom any content is a blessing. Get stoked:
