Fluff Reviews the Peavey 6505 Mini Head

One of the things at this year’s NAMM show that really stuck out for me was the Peavey 6505MH, the wee-est of baby lunchbox heads that I’ve seen for metal amps yet. I was skeptical, but it bears the name of the most legendary of metal amps, so I was eager to hear it in action.

It seems as though Peavey has managed to pull it off, and our favorite gear reviewer (who isn’t me) Fluff really likes the head. He puts it through its paces quite well, and he certainly sold me on it. I want one real bad now, I mean, come on – just look at it!

I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
