Preschool Class Shreds Along With Dan Sugarman’s CENTERSUN

These kids didn’t know what they were in for when they packed their backpacks for school that morning. Dan Sugarman, eminent shredder for SoCal metal juggernaut As Blood Runs Black, recently announced his first solo instrumental outing entitled Centersun – but before he could share it with the world, he had to focus group it for the most discerning of audiences – a preschool class.

Lucky for him, his track “Outspire” was a hit with the kiddies (see them mini-mosh in the video), and now that it’s got the seal of approval of the wee-est heshers, it’s being released to the masses for consumption.

The album is an absolute banger and the shredfest features guest solos from Angel Vivaldi, James Norbert Ivanyi, Francesco Artusato of Devil You Know, and Scott Carstairs of Fallujah – so, you know. A fucking make you want to quit guitar kind of album.

The song “Outspire” you just heard is available for download right now direct from Dan, and while you’re there be sure to pre-order the album so you can get all the notes in your face the second they make it past kindergarten quality control (January 29th).

As Editor-in-Chief of Gear Gods, I've been feeding your sick instrument fetishism and trying unsuccessfully to hide my own since 2013. I studied music on both coasts (Berklee and SSU) and now I'm just trying to put my degree to some use. That's a music degree, not an English one. I'm sure you noticed.
