The Warm Audio Reamper is built to turn what is usually a very technical workflow into something much more fluid.
At its core, Reamper is a dedicated reamping and signal routing tool designed for musicians, engineers, and producers who want full control over how audio moves between everything in your studio. One of its defining strengths is the separation of signal paths. Fully independent Preamp Out and Reamp Out stages allow precise gain staging depending on where your signal is headed.
Under the hood, CineMag input and output transformers play a major role in preserving harmonic integrity while keeping the signal adaptable across different studio environments. Combined with Variable Impedance control ranging from 120kΩ to 1MΩ, Reamper is designed to accept almost anything you throw at it.
Tone shaping is also baked directly into the routing logic. A switchable input stage lets you choose between a JFET circuit for a warmer, more vintage-style response or an Op-Amp path for cleaner, more transparent gain. This makes Reamper not just a utility box, but a subtle tone-shaping tool even before your signal reaches an amp or processor.
One of its most powerful features is the integrated 50W/8Ω power soak. This allows players to drive tube amps into their sweet spot while recording silently. When used in this mode, engineers can capture the raw behavior of a cranked amplifier and pair it with Impulse Response (IR) cabinet simulations inside a DAW for a convincing “amp-in-the-room” feel without stage volume.
For traditional setups, the AMP-IN / THRU system allows full flexibility. Connect a cabinet, and the signal flows normally to the speaker. Disconnect it, and the unit safely handles silent operation within its power limits. It’s a dual-mode approach that bridges live recording and silent studio work without constant rewiring.
Reamper also embraces real-world studio problems. A dedicated Lift/Ground switch helps eliminate hum and buzz caused by ground loops, a common issue in complex setups where multiple devices share different power sources.
