Vola Guitars has just unveiled their new OZ 24 AP Supernova, the signature model of metal vet Adam Phillips.
The Supernova introduces several new features for Vola, perhaps most notable being the Evertune bridge. Paired with Gotoh locking tuners and a Graphtech nut, the Supernova ain’t going out of tune anytime soon.
The Supernova offers an Alder body with an elegant White gloss finish, a bolt-on Roasted Maple neck with 24 medium jumbo stainless steel frets, and a Vola Modern C profile with a compounding thickness to further comfortability. From an electronics standpoint, the guitar is tonally driven by a VHC humbucker in the neck and a Fire Ice humbucker in the bridge, both designed in house.
