Universal Audio has just launched their new UAD Spark Plug-ins collection. The collection features 17 legendary studio hardware and instrument plug-ins for a monthly subscription price. The plug-ins are currently available on Mac OS and will be available on Windows this fall. Universal Audio points out that the collection will continue to grow, so don’t worry – it’s not just 17 plug-ins forever.
The collection thus far features a handful of compressors like the Teletronix LA-2A Collection and UA 1176 Collection; reverbs and delays like the Lexicon 224 Digital Reverb and Galaxy Tape Echo; analog mic preamps, EQs, and tape machines like the Studer A800 Tape Machine and Neve 1073 Preamp and EQ; and instruments like the Opal Morphing Synthesizer.
