Strandberg has released the NX line of updated models, and today we take a look at the Boden Original NX 7!
The Strandberg Boden Original NX 7 features a chambered Sassafras body, Maple top with Flame or Quilted Maple veneer, new neck heel carve and arm cut, and a Birdseye Maple fretboard with 24 Jescar stainless steel frets. The NX 7 offers Fishman Fluence Modern pickups and is available in Charcoal Black or Glacier Blue. The eight-string version, the NX 8, features all the same is available in Charcoal Black or Earth Green.
There’s also a six-string NX 6 available for you non-extended range folks. The NX 6 is all the same woods as the NX 7 and 8, but with Suhr SSH+ & SSV passive pickups. The NX 6 comes in Charcoal Black or Autumn Red.
