Seymour Duncan has just released a whole slew of new colors for their Nazgûl and Sentient pickup set, because why not? If you’re gonna shred, you might as well look good doing it.
“You all have been requesting a LOT of new cover options lately, and we’re happy to oblige,” wrote Seymour Duncan of the new colors. “Now, you can get our 6-string Nazgûl & Sentient set in Stargazer, Crimson Red, Frost White, Lime Green, Raw Nickel, and Toxic Yellow!”
The Nazgûl combines a large ceramic magnet with custom winding specs that’ll give you perfect blend of note articulation, saturation, pick attack, and some brutal chugs. Then there’s the Sentient neck pickup which delivers a balanced, versatile tone that fits right between an iconic ’59 and Jazz model neck pickups.
The Nazgûl and Sentient both feature a large ceramic and alnico 5 bar magnet respectively, nickel silver bottom plate, and 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options. These high output passive humbucker pickups are also available in both 6-string and 7-string passive mount sets (with the 6-string being the ones with the new colors).
