Schecter is back once again, this time with a very dark new series. Literally.
The new Black Ops series is a new range of 6-, 7-, and 8-string guitars all decked out in black. The 6-string iteration features a 25″ scale neck, while the 7- and 8-string versions go for 25.5″ to 27″ multiscale necks. All three feature Mahogany bodies, Ebony necks with 24 X-Jumbo Stainless Steel frets, and Fishman Fluence Open Core pickups. All three guitars are controlled by a Master Volume knob with a 3-way Voicing Toggle Switch.
Better yet, all three come in both left- and right-hand iterations, making the whole line very accessible to all players.
