PRS is really on an SE kick this week. First they announced the SE version of John Mayer‘s signature Silver Sky guitar, and now they’re back with the brand new PRS SE Standard 24-08.
The PRS SE Standard 24-08 features a Mahogany body with a Maple neck and Rosewood fretboard and 24 frets. Where the Standard 24-08 really shines though is in its workhorse-status humbucking and true single-coil tones. The Standard 24-08 comes loaded with PRS TCI “S” pickups that are paired with a 3-way toggle switch and two mini-toggle coil-split switches, giving players a total of eight separate tonal configurations.
The PRS SE Standard 24-08 is available here in Tobacco Sunburst and Translucent Blue finishes for $729.
