Mesa/Boogie has unveiled their new Boogie Cabinet Series. The series takes the best of the Mesa/Boogie Compact, Lone Star, Fillmore, and California Tweed Cabinets and knocks ’em down to a simplified line of open-back cabinets. They are:
- The 1×10 Boogie 14″ Open Back Cab ($449), which pairs well with any MESA/Boogie® “mini” amp.
- The 1×10 Boogie 16″ Open Back Cabinet ($449), which pairs well with the California Tweed™ Series 10″ amplifiers and also provides an excellent platform for adding 10″ response to the MARK Series 10″ amplifier Combo and Head designs
- The 2×10 Boogie 23″ Open Back ($529), which is an excellent addition to an existing combo.
- The 1×12 Boogie 19″ Open Back Cab ($529), which leans traditional with a rear-mounted speaker for a sweeter, more vintage-voiced response.
- The 1×12 Boogie Thiele 19″ Cab ($549), which adds a tight, focused low end.
- The 1×12 Boogie 23″ Open Back Cab ($499), which is ideal for traditional blues and R&B up through classic rock and nu-country.
- The 2×12 Boogie Open Back Cabinet ($699), great for clean sounds, the blues, all the way up to almost all rock styles.
- The 4×10 Boogie Open Back Cabinet ($799), perfect for musical balance across the frequency spectrum as opposed to a more controlled low end.
