Mesa Boogie is back with two new Badlander models – the Badlander 25 head and combo.
The Badlander 25 head delivers a Rectifier-inspired voice and performance just like the Badlander 100 and 50, and offers a simple 2 channel format each with Clean, Crunch, and Crush modes. The Badlander 25 brings with it a selectable 25 or 10 watts, an FX Loop, and five 12AX7 preamp tubes along with two EL-84 power tubes. The Badlander 25 also offers the CabClone IR Direct Interface, making recording and cab-less live capture easy. The head is available here for $1,599.
Then there’s the Badlander 25 1×12 Combo which also features a simple 2 channel format each with Clean, Crunch, and Crush modes, a selectable 25 or 10 watts, and FX Loop. The combo brings with it an 8 Ohm Celestion Creamback 65, access to the CabClone IR Direct Interface, and five 12AX7 preamp tubes along with two EL-84 power tubes. The combo is available here for $1,849.
