AI can be a real bastard when it comes to sucking the joy right out of art and writing, but not this time! OD Guitars luthier Omer Deutsch used the Midjourney AI Engine to create a very improbably guitar, and then built it anyway. The result isn’t something you’ll see on stage anytime soon, but it’s still really damn cool.
“I used Midjoureny AI Engine to create an OD Guitar and combine it with plants – Then Built it for real,” wrote Deutsch. And if you want a more detailed look at the insane build, check out the OD Guitars Instagram for some pretty in-depth documentation.
As for the reaction to Deutsch’s build, one YouTuber summed it up pretty well – “I want to be you when I grow up.”
