For players who have chased the emotional, floating ambience behind Andy Timmons’ unmistakable lead tone, the wait is over.
Keeley Electronics has officially introduced the Nocturne Andy Timmons Reverb, a dedicated ambient pedal that extracts and refines the spacious reverb side of Timmons’ celebrated HALO sound into a focused, performance-ready stompbox.
Developed in close collaboration with Andy Timmons, the Nocturne captures the same lush reverberation that made the HALO Dual Echo and HALO Core pedals modern classics. Here, that sound is given center stage, offering everything from subtle room enhancement to expansive, cinematic trails that seem to hover endlessly in the air.
The result is a reverb that feels touch-sensitive and expressive, reacting organically to pick attack, phrasing, and dynamics — a hallmark of Timmons’ playing style. At the heart of the pedal are three distinct reverb modes:
- Nocturne: A rich, modern ambient space inspired by Andy’s signature sound
- Spring: Vintage-flavored warmth with a musical bounce
- Plate: Smooth, studio-style sheen with long, elegant decays
Shaping these sounds is refreshingly intuitive thanks to a four-knob layout: Tone, Level, Decay, and Modulation. It’s fast, musical, and designed to keep players focused on feel rather than menu diving.
Each mode supports saved presets, with a Blue LED indicating live control and a Red LED confirming stored favorites for instant recall onstage.
The Nocturne Andy Timmons Reverb is engineered to integrate seamlessly into virtually any setup. Players can choose between True or Buffered Bypass, enable or disable Trails, and run the pedal in Mono or Stereo configurations — including Wet + Dry or Wet-Only for parallel rigs.
For deeper control, the pedal offers Full Expression Pedal Support and MIDI Compatibility, unlocking up to 72 Preset Locations. Whether you’re running a compact pedalboard or a fully programmed switching system, Nocturne adapts effortlessly.
