JUDAS PRIEST: Guitarist Richie Faulkner’s Newest EPIPHONE Signature Flying-V

If you’re familiar with Judas Priest, you know that they straight up embody the spirit of rock n’ roll. So recently, guitarist Richie Faulkner teamed up with Epiphone to try and contain that rebellious Priest vibe in a guitar. And the good news is, we think he’s done it, all thanks to his brand new axe: the Richie Faulkner Flying-V Custom Outfit! Rawk an rowl, baybee!

The guitar comes loaded with EMG Active Pickups, a Floyd Rose Tremolo system, and Grover Rotomatic 18:1 ratio machine heads. The body/neck are mahogany, the neck joint is a glued-in, set neck, and the fretboard is made of ebony with pearloid “block” inlays (featuring Richie’s “Falcon” logo on the 12th fret). The axe also features a double-sided pickguard design, which Richie chose to protect it from the copious amount of spikes he wears when performing live. But, the pickguard also looks hella neat, so you’ll love it even if you can’t rock the leather and spikes.

“Right out of the box, the quality of the guitar was mind blowing. I used it all over the new JUDAS PRIEST record. I’m taking it out on the road next year. It’s an honor to be part of the heritage.”
